Download, free of charge, the gaming application.
Register either in the gaming application or on FTBL.com.
Create at least one football team in the My Teams lobby of the gaming application.
Choose a tournament in the Main Lobby of the gaming application. The level of the tournament must correspond to the rating of your team created on FTBL.com.
